Definitions

In the following paragraphs the term 'store' refers to MayorsSportsAndMensWear and the term 'customer' refers to any person or company ordering goods from the 'store'.

Pricing

Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that all prices quoted on this web site are correct it is possible that occasional errors may occur. If the store publish a price that is later discovered to be incorrect they reserve the right not to sell the goods at that price. The customer will be contacted by e-mail, prior to payment being taken, and advised of the discrepancy. It will then be the customer's decision as to whether they wish to proceed with the purchase.

The store maintain a large stock of goods but if any part of an order is temporarily out of stock the remainder of the order, if applicable, will be shipped and an e-mail advice sent to the customer advising an estimated delivery date for any missing item(s). The customer may choose to cancel the missing item(s) within 48 hours of receiving the e-mail advice.

Upon clearance of full payment, and subject to availability and price checking, the ordered goods will be dispatched to the address quoted by the customer. The store accepts no liability for undelivered or misdelivered items due to the customer supplying incorrect address details.

All prices include VAT. All prices are subject to alteration without notice, while every effort is made to keep to specifications as advertised, we reserve the right to improve, amend or alter products without prior warning.

Postage and Packing Costs

With the exception of items that are inclusive of postage and packing costs, please add the following:-

£2.50 for each single item ordered.
£3.00 for shoes, sandals, men’s blazers, go-kart.
£4.00 for holdalls.
£8.50 for bowls.

All other orders by value:- under £30, add £1.95; £31-£50, add £3.25; £51-£100, add £4.75; over £100, add £6.50.

These postage prices are for UK Mainland only. For any orders received from other destinations we will confirm the postage costs with you prior to processing your order.

Carriage costs for overseas orders: All overseas orders will be sent by Royal Mail at the cheapest possilbe rates.

Delivery Times

Goods will only be despatched upon receipt and clearance of full payment where possible within 7 days. The store will endeavour to have any order delivered to the customer within five working days. This timescale is a service commitment from the store to its customers and as such the store accepts no responsibility for delays that are beyond its control nor shall the customer be due any compensation, either monetary or otherwise, due to deliveries which are not received within five days.

Returns Policy

If you have any problems or complaints of any nature please do not hesitate to contact us. Our staff will be more than happy to assist you and we guarantee a polite response and speedy resolution to all matters such as this.

If, upon delivery of any item purchased from this site, you find that the items you ordered do not meet your requirements or match your expectations we will be happy to exchange them for something more suitable, provided they are unused and returned to us in original packaging. In such a situation return postage will be at your cost.

If we are at fault in delivering your goods, for instance we dispatch the wrong item or it is faulty, we will resolve the problem as fast as is possible and refund any postage costs you may have incurred.

The store accepts no liability for any damage or loss incurred by the customer or a third party due to delivery, late delivery, non-delivery or any other circumstances no matter how such damage or loss was caused.
